∞ AT&T: iPhone pre-orders filled within two weeks

If you didn’t get your pre-order into AT&T early, you may be out of luck getting an iPhone 3G S from them anytime soon. AT&T said on Tuesday that pre-orders the company is taking will now be filled within a week or two on a “first come, first served basis.”

∞ Apple asks court to proceed with Psystar trial

Apple is asking the court to remove an automatic stay imposed by a bankruptcy filing and let the case against Mac clone-maker Psystar continue to trial. Psystar filed in bankruptcy protect in May, which invoked an automatic stay of proceedings in Apple’s case against the company for copyright infringement.
