Paswall claims that she didn’t realize that she was walking into a wall of glass as she approached the store, and says that she broke her nose as a result of the collision.
Her suit claims that “the defendant was negligent … in allowing a clear, see-through glass wall and/or door to exist without proper warning.”
Don’t blame your stupid on someone else.
I think – don’t blame being 80 on someone else.
I could see asking Apple to pay your medical bills– Apple has enough cash I would think they should just do it. But where did she get the $1 million figure from? That’s just extortion

So, this woman walks into an Apple store.
Literally.
I’m a tad confused about this.
1. There are huge window displays that can be seen from across the street so how if she was walking up in one of those areas could she not figure out not to walk there
2. Every Apple store I have ever been at has had the doors propped open all day. Even in cases like high winds (there’s a store that has had to replace at least one door every winter from it getting smashed by winds) so how could she not hear and see where to go. Particularly since there would likely be other folks walking in and out of said doors
I’ve done it, laughed it off, but she must have been running to break her nose.
Sounds like a Windows Phone ad where you are too busy looking at your device and run into a glass door.
“Really?”
