Yup, it’s a Kickstarter. And Apple is coming out with a wireless AirPods charging case, possibly shipping sometime soon. But this is a cool idea. It’s a thin sleeve that slides over your existing AirPods case, adding Qi wireless charging. And it’s $20, vs a likely price of $69 for Apple’s still to ship case.
PowerPod sleeve: wireless charging for your AirPods
Apple already announced a wireless charing case, for this-gen AirPods.
24 € sounds good to me. Will try it.
Fair point. Post modified. Thanks!

definitely cheaper tho. from his vid his target is folks who dont want to just stick the old case in a drawer and have it wasted.
The problem with silicone is that it can pick up tons of dust in your pocket. Plus, it makes the case much less svelte. Plus you still need another Qi charger, so it’s pretty bulky on your desk…
It’s a neat idea, and I’m happy to see a college student take the initiative and see this through, but it seems high-risk and not-high-enough reward to me. I personally am happy with the slight inconvenience of an extra lightning cable; I put it on top of my iPad at night and in the morning unplug it along with my iPad.

Bakced the Kickstarter. I hope it succeeds because I really don’t want to pay full price for another case and waste a perfectly good Airpod case!
