Interesting that there is a Siri menu bar icon as well as a dock icon. It’d be great if the dock icon represented a dedicated Siri app, one that you could interact with, teach, an app that exposed Siri’s model of your world so you could tweak things to make them work better.

My guess? It’s in the dock if you hide you menubar, and it’s in the menu bar if you hide your dock. Maybe you can remove it from either one.
just because Gruber said it doesnt make it that interesting. there are other apps with both, such as TimeMachine.
I hope you can hide both of those. I don’t want the superfluous icons.
Dock for access, menu bar for control. Hide one or both. There’s probably a keyboard shortcut, too. (And a keyword.)
“Siri, where are you hiding?”
Likely? That would be awesome, but I’m pretty sure it’s not likely.
It’ll grow, sure, but first version? I’m pretty sure we’ll get less than that initially. But we’ll see. Maybe it’ll be something amazing.
I think the curiosity for him is that Siri has no icon/label in iOS. But you’re right, not unusual for a Mac app.
