So is “making an Apple Store reservation” to enroll in the apple upgrade program.
I’m not quite sure what the question is, but if you want to enroll in Apple’s upgrade program, you must make an Apple Store reservation and go through the sign up process in the store.
If you are planning on buying the phone on or off contract, I believe that you can either have it delivered to your home, or reserve one in store.
