Excellent, priceless, brilliant – idea/concept.
Often these idiots don’t just hit a tree, they kill third party innocents … you, me, your friends or your family.
I’m curious how they aquired the relevant mobile numbers.
Well, in the video, everyone pulls out a Samsung device, so I suspect they’re just utilizing some of the malware that’s out there. [rolling eyes].
Seriously, they call it “a location based broadcaster” and this, if you want to seriously not enjoy the rest of your day, is how it works, per a post on another board I saw:

I “assume” this wouldn’t be kosher in the US, but the right amount of money can change anything.
There was a PSA execution just like this done a few years ago on the web. The website asked for your mobile number and then time the delivery of an SMS to your mobile phone just before an accident occurred.
Everyone at the agency I worked at thought it was greatest thing since sliced bread and wanted to know how we could use it for our clients.
