Global Telecom injects JavaScript into Web sites when using 3G

What Globe Telecom is adding is what they call iToolbar. It’s basically an opportunity for them to track what you do, and inject ads into the sites you go to.

That’s just sleazy, but the best part is their answer to whether they will push unwarranted advertising.

Your headline reads “Global Telecom” but the linked article repeatedly refers to “Globe Telecom” (as does your block quote). From a cursory Googling, Globe Telecom is a carrier in the Philippines, and Global Telecom doesn’t seem to exist (though there does appear to be a “Global Telecommunications”).
