Apple hires former Yves Saint Laurent CEO

      Don’t be so sure. This guy comes from an accounting/auditing background, and his stints at those fashion houses have all been less than three years each. I don’t see him as having much of a design background.

      And how did you arrive at that conclusion? It looks like he hasn’t been in the “tech world” since 1997. Beyond that, we don’t know what job they’ve hired him for, so how could he be a bad hire?

    Also according to Bloomberg, Apple is also hiring Hulu LLC executive Pete Distad to help with negotiations to acquire content for Apple TV, two people familiar with the hire said today
