I agree with Harry Marks. “Source Links” at the bottom of articles are a way for a site to steal your content, but make themselves feel better about doing it.

    Yeah, I really friggin hate those tiny “via” links at the bottom. I scroll through (sometimes mutliple screens deep) searching for the god damn article they’re referencing and can’t find it.

    It’s not just when they’re stealing copy either. I’ve noticed several blogs that will do a software review, and the only link to the god damn software is a tiny little text link down at the bottom by the blog tags. WTF? Put the damn link in freaking article with anchor text that screams “here’s what I’m freaking talking about.”

    You can’t see it, but there’s a vain starting to pop out in my forehead right now.

    I can’t help but fall for BI’s linkbait sometimes. I almost never agree with anything they say, but sometimes I can’t help but look. It’s such a crap site.
