    Surprised they didn’t mentioned Strobe Media Playback from Adobe. I worked with them on the HTML5 support and it has Flash first or fallback capability. The Flash support is best of breed (obviously) so for me it makes for a perfect player combo.

      Call me crazy, but something tells me that the purpose of that article was for people looking to avoid using Flash.

        Yeah, I get that and Strobe provides it but you can’t go HTML5 solely and cover all aspects of live+vod video. JW got a nod and they’re Flash+HTML5 fallback, or vice versa.
