Microsoft: ‘iPad’s don’t have a foothold in businesses’

This is what Microsoft was telling people at a Windows Conference in the UK yesterday. It’s almost like they believe this shit or something.

  • Wait … The Surface has a place in businesses??? LMAO

  • Weird… a client of mine just rolled out 450 iPads to their sales force at their annual business meeting last week. All of the C-Level executives have already been using them for over a year. Guess they didn’t get the memo from Redmond.

    • They didn’t get the memo, cause the dipshits couldn’t figure out where email was in Windows 8.

  • “Because we say so.”

  • Unbelievable. Someone should go over and hit them so they wake up and realize what’s happening.

I think Microsoft’s road to mobile relevance will begin when they place people in charge who recognize they are a marmoset as opposed to the 800 pound gorilla they used to be.

  • I guess myself and the 8 other people in our 30 strong office with iPads that do everything from note taking, email, PDF editing and RDP should just pack it in and go back to lugging around a laptop…

I’m gonna ignore that big elephant in the room, cant join a domain

  • Boo

I guess they forgot about that phone Apple makes that runs the same OS. Nope, no foothold there.

  • Microsoft still thinks that Microsoft Office is mission critical to everyone…

  • Ballmer to tech is what Donald Trump is to politics?

  • Forreals

I work for a very well known multinational company that has bought thousands of iPads and is switching from Blackberry to iPhone after reviewing and rejecting Windows Phone and Android.

Major disconnect between spin and reality!
