    I was hoping to see the famous newspaper ad, full page as i recall, where Apple welcomed IBM (!) as a new competitor selling personal computers. I can’t remember the precise date but recall it being the early 1980s…

    Raise your hand if you had a computer that used cassette storage. I did, but it was a Commodore PET. I couldn’t afford an Apple ][.

    Also, that top "Introducing the Apple ][" ad was certainly in the dark ages of workstation ergonomics.
