    They didn’t use my favorite stand-by: a staple remover. But I admit that’s not nearly as cool as a string tied to a motorcycle.

    You loose if you spill a single drop. That are the rules in Germany.

    A bottle opener is a lever and something to catch under the crown of the bottle. Your ring proximal phalange makes a good lever and a wedding ring is often just right to catch under the cap. Try it :-)
