    Samsung seriously has a case but their lawyers seem incompetent. I mean, crucial evidence [likely to win them the case, per The Verge remarks] is late so it is excluded, they’re leaking evidence, and making dumb moves.

    I sense an appeal on the grounds of poor counsel. lol.
