Hacking experts have demonstrated ways to attack Android smartphones using methods they said work on virtually all such devices in use today, despite recent efforts by search engine giant Google to boost protection.

    This has nothing to do with openness. It’s just a security vulnerability, same as the ones constantly found in iOS.

      It’s the openness that allowed hackers to readily discover and exploit vulnerabilities. You don’t see hackers successfully exploiting iOS or the App Store because Apple has a closed lock on it. Apple wins.
