    I see stories like this all the time…but usually they are written much better and with a better resolution than getting tired and giving up. Disappointing to see this particular customer service tale highlighted on The Loop instead of so many others.

    Mostly, retailers will learn that when customer’s purchasing decisions are not driven by who has the lowest price.
