Apple wins injunction against Galaxy Nexus

Judge Lucy Koh of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California has just granted Apple a preliminary injunction against the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, an Android-based smartphone co-developed by Samsung and Google.

    Imagine that you had invented something that totally changed the ethnology landscape of the entire planet and then someone just upped and copied it almost wholus bolus…

      They have an injunction based on something they neither invented or has totally changed the landscape of the entire planet: Siri. The Galaxy Nexus has neither “upped and copied” it either.

      My boo stands.

      Oh and I have been through the “someone stole my stuff” and have pending litigation so I’m not ignorant or insensitive to the situation Apple is in. This one just doesn’t fit. If it were the SIII with the sVoice/etc, I’d get it.

      And, lastly, keep an eye out for my “next invention” as it should be out within the next quarter.
