Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 banned in the U.S. Posted on Wednesday, June 27th, 2012 at 6:23 am. PT Written by Jim Dalrymple Apple finally made it happen. http://www.BarnesFamily.com/ davebarnes This is not a “good thing”. MacsenMcBain Kindly explain why not. (Just curious) lucascott For Samsung perhaps. But for those that believe that the US courts should stand by our IP rights, it’s a great thing. and it’s just a prelim. Apple had to post a bond for damages that will go to Samsung if the final vote is against the notion that Samsung violated a valid dress patent. So even on the flip this is a good thing because if Apple loses and the patent is invalidated that’s a win for every other company. Because lets face it they want to use an iPad like design because it is so far the best one. http://www.johncblandii.com John C. Bland II It seems moot at this point since the Tab 2 is already out and this version hasn’t done well at all in sales. lucascott You sure the Tab v2 isn’t included. http://www.johncblandii.com John C. Bland II No, I’m not. I saw somewhere it wasnt. http://twitter.com/pberry Patrick Berry I was just about to say, would we even be able to tell by looking at sales numbers?
