Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 banned in the U.S.

Apple finally made it happen.

This is not a “good thing”.

    • MacsenMcBain

Kindly explain why not. (Just curious)

For Samsung perhaps. But for those that believe that the US courts should stand by our IP rights, it’s a great thing.

and it’s just a prelim. Apple had to post a bond for damages that will go to Samsung if the final vote is against the notion that Samsung violated a valid dress patent.

So even on the flip this is a good thing because if Apple loses and the patent is invalidated that’s a win for every other company. Because lets face it they want to use an iPad like design because it is so far the best one.

It seems moot at this point since the Tab 2 is already out and this version hasn’t done well at all in sales.

You sure the Tab v2 isn’t included.

I was just about to say, would we even be able to tell by looking at sales numbers?
