The bigger iPhone screen

Zach Weigand:

I find it much more likely that Apple will just keep the phone the same width (as claimed in all the rumors), get rid of the dead space on both sides of the screen, and keep the aspect ratio 3:2.

If they don’t make the screen a lot bigger, I may have to change phones… Maybe. Maybe not. ;-)

Why? Do you like having to use two hands to operate a phone?

I want a Surface sized iPhone, with 4 Wooden feet, and some heavy duty wheels to stroll It around, oh and a Stylus, a Big one… [Too much?]

      And a microwave/beer fridge/SCSC.

Are there any women tech bloggers out there who want a bigger iPhone? I can’t help but notice that the loudest bleatings about wanting a larger screen are almost exclusively of the baritone variety.

Seems like increasing size would be a good way to alienate up to 50% of your potential buyers with their small hands and cramped purses (assuming phone size also increases).

Maybe it’s confirmation bias, but I have never pulled the iPhone out of my pocket and thought “this should be larger”.

Funny, I just though that the iPhone was the good size when I putted It in my Pocket

My ideal phone is an iPhone, but the size of the Samsung note, and with a stylus like the Samsung note. In fact I absolutely love the Samsung note!! It’s perfect notebook size for someone like me that likes to be very organised and keeps my ‘life’ ont phone. Everything looks so much better at that size too. Easier to read, nicer to watch. I text more than phone so the larger size as a phone doesn’t bother me. So! Why don’t I just get one? My whole iTunes library!! Damn you apple for trapping me do. Might just swap anyway; that Note is the perfect size for me. Tablets are too big to carry around and iPhone is too small. X
