98% of iPad users are satisfied with the device

In a new ChangeWave survey, 82 percent are very satisfied and 16 percent are somewhat satisfied. Only 2 percent of owners were somewhat unsatisfied and not a single person was very unsatisfied.

It’s also important to note that ChangeWave asked about the heat issue brought up by Consumer Reports. Not a single person said it was a very big problem, while 89 percent said it wasn’t a problem.

The biggest plus of the new iPad was the Retina display, followed by longer battery life and 4G capabilities. The biggest dislike was the cost of the iPad, followed by the cost of the data plan.

What other company brings out new products at the same prices as the previous models? What’s not to like about that? I guess the fact that some then may still have to work harder or save up to afford one. Oooo, that’s SO unfair!

“Cost of the data plan”. Note to other companies: NO-ONE wants a tablet WITH a 2-year(or any) contract.

I don’t think any of the tablet manufacturers that have contracts for their tablets are doing it because they want to; I think it’s more because they need that subsidized cost to be price-competitive with the iPad.
