The wasteland “support” forums, where the only answers you get are from far-away teenagers practicing their English on you, are why I’d never pay Google for any pro services.
On the other hand, my indie record label with an iTunes contract has had direct email access to several different people at Apple since we signed up in 2003. We’ve never had a question go unanswered.
why am i not shocked about this. Google is the same group that would drop kick blogs etc over allegedly padding hits to get more money off Adsense right before a big payout and then refuse any appeals.
