Napster merges with Rhapsody

On Thursday, Napster will officially merge with Rhapsody, the largest on-demand music service in the United States. Rhapsody signed an agreement last month to purchase Napster for an undisclosed sum from its parent company, Best Buy.

I didn’t even know Napster was still around.

    Two almost obsolete companies joining forces to become less obsolete, I’m sure that’s going to work.
    Napster was a bad idea when it was used for file sharing and it’s not a good idea now.
