∞ Apple updates iBooks for iPhone and iPad

Apple on Wednesday updated its book store and reading app, iBooks.

[ad#Google Adsense 300×250 in story]According to notes provided with the update, iBooks 1.2.1 Includes a number of stability and performance improvements.You can also now experience fully illustrated books, from children’s picture books to art books, available for download in the iBookstore.

iBooks now lets you organize your books and PDFs into personal Collections. You can swipe left or right to jump between your Collections. You can also print PDF documents and notes you’ve written in iBooks using AirPrint.

If you’re using iOS 4.2 or later, iBooks now fits more words per page by automatically hyphenating text.

The update is free from the App Store.
