Jobs, Ive are Fortune’s smartest in tech By Jim DalrympleJuly 9, 2010, 11:52 am PT
Fortune did another one of its lists — this time on the smartest people in tech. They have several categories, including founders, CEOs and designers, among many others. The smartest CEO, according to Fortune, is none other than Steve Jobs. The smartest designer is Apple’s lead industrial designer, Jony Ive. Not bad at all.

Though both men have accomplished much, I’m sure neither has much, if any, regard for such accolades. The work and the opportunities to contribute to important products are their own rewards.
And besides, it’s probably quite a thrill on a daily basis to work with a good team such as Apple.
I personally can’t imagine my life and work without Apple products. They just keep getting better and more innovative.
