Apple on Friday announced that the iPad will be available in nine more countries starting May 28th. Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK will get the device on May 28, 2010, with pre-orders starting on Apple’s online store on Monday, May 10.
Apple also revealed plans to release the iPad in Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore in July. Specific preorder plans, along with availability and pricing, will be announced at a later date.

Why has Apple left out all Scandinavien countries out of both these groups? We usually get Apple products in the first or second wave. Why not this time? I mean Luxemburg and New Zealand before Scandinavia!
