∞ A heads up from The Loop for Macworld Expo exhibitors

If you’re a vendor who will be exhibiting at Macworld Expo and you are announcing new products or have info you’d like to share with the world, make sure to drop us a line if you’d like to meet and keep our readers in The Loop. The Loop’s EIC and founder, Jim Dalrymple, fresh off a three-week road trip that took him to the 2010 NAMM show and the unveiling of Apple’s iPad, is sitting this one out, along with his infamous beard.

But executive editor Peter Cohen is making the trip, and in between hosting his own market symposium focused on iPhone app business development and marketing, he’ll be meeting with show exhibitors and other luminaries who have made the trek and reporting what he’s found back to Loop readers.

For our readers, expect to see a steady flow of Macworld Expo news coverage during the event, which runs from February 9 – 13, 2010 (though the actual exhibit hall is open on the 11th, 12th and 13th).

Macworld Expo 2010 is the first west coast Macworld Expo to happen without Apple, which announced it was throwing in the towel in 2009. But that isn’t stopping the show’s producer, IDG World Expo, which plans five days of events, conference tracks, and showcases.

More details about Macworld Expo are available from the Web site.
