IK Multimedia on Thursday added to its guitar product line, introducing the StealthBoard.
StealthBoard is a USB/MIDI foot controller designed for guitarists and bassists. Using the unit you can change the software parameters of you guitar tone on-the-fly, without having to go back to the computer.
While there are clear uses for guitar players, the StealthBoard is also capable of being used on other MIDI controllable gear as well.
Of course, if you use any of IK’s AmpliTube products, you simply need to plug in the StealthBoard and it will be instantly recognized.
StealthBoard has 10 assignable switches and one built-in expression pedal; dual channel switching outputs; it has a 3-way power supply (DC, USB, Battery); and it includes AmpliTube 3 Custom Shop edition.
StealthBoard will be available early in the second quarter of 2010 and will cost $399.99.
