It’s a great way to start the holidays for Apple. Market research firm Nielsen says the iPhone is the most popular device in the U.S. from January to October 2009.
Apple took the top spot with a 4 percent embedded base of all subscribers. RIM’s various BlackBerry phones came in second and the Motorola RAZR pulled in the third spot.
The chart below shows how the rest of the phones ranked in the U.S.
