Apple is apparently getting ready to release a new version of its Apple TV software.
Logging into the iTunes Store on Thursday brings up a message alerting users to a change in the iTunes Terms of Service. You must agree to the terms before continuing into the store.

Two main changes come in the new version of the service agreement. First a clarification on using iTunes LPs and Extras with Apple 3.0 and a clarification on how film rentals can be moved between devices.
Since Apple TV 3.0 is not out yet, it seems pretty clear that Apple plans an update in the near future.
