Personally, Catan is not one of my favorite boardgames IMHO it's overhyped. But whatever. My opinion does not matter. The only thing that matters is that Catan is the best-selling and most successful boardgame on the planet in the past couple years. I guess getting it ported to iPhone is a good recognition to the iPhone's importance as a gaming device.
