You need to have an A+ credit to obtain a I Phone, I just wait and stick with Verizon

I was denied on the upgrade to the 3GS because of the lame upgrade criteria. Now I’m thinking it was a blessing! I can’t wait to take my whole family (5 phones) off of ATT.

ATT you screwed me now you’re going to lose a bunch of us.

Senior Analysts say a lot of things… many of which never happen. I’ll believe it when I see it.

The more interesting thing if it does happen is: will Verizon be locked into the same pricing as AT&T by Apple (so as to keep a level playing field)? If so, it probably won’t go over as well as an all-out pricing war between the two carriers – which would ultimately be won by Verizon (based on coverage alone).

I want a lower monthly fee though. Give me a lower monthly fee and I’ll lock in for three or four years instead of two. Lower that monthly cost by $15+ and you’ll probably be knocking on a 30% market share (smart phones) within a year — and it’ll keep growing.

That would be a superb move, and IMO it’s high time. Apple needed AT&T to get the iPhone into the marketplace but that time has passed and the exclusive arrangement is just holding them back at this point.

Now if Apple would just go to multiple carriers here in Canada…
