Apple on Tuesday launched its iTunes Store in Mexico, making the popular music, video and app service available in 77 countries.
The store will feature all the major labels and hundreds of indie labels too, according to Apple. As you might expect, the store will prominently showcase top Mexican artists like Paulina Rubio, Vicente Fernández and Zoé.
Most songs in the iTunes Store Mexico will cost 12 pesos (91 cents), while albums will cost 120 pesos ($9.14).
As with the rest of the stores around the world, if you want to purchase music on the Mexican Store, you must have a valid credit card with a billing address in that country or an official iTunes Gift Card.
