		<description>I hope the community runs a bit with Chrome OS. While I have no use for it, I could see it replacing Leopard on my wife&#039;s iBook G4 in a few years when Leopard is no longer viable.

		<description>I agree that Chrome OS will have little (if any) impact on Mac users. But I believe it&#039;ll have more impact on Linux users than it will on Windows users - for the same reason that Linux has had little impact on Windows users — If you can&#039;t run MS Office on it, it&#039;s never going to be a major player in the consumer OS market.

Even a netbook user is going to want to run office apps. If they would be happy with any old word processor, spreadsheet or presentation software, Google&#039;s apps would be the most popular on the planet - which obviously they aren&#039;t.</description>
